Autumn 2021 update on work to tackle pollution of the Gwindra Stream
We wanted to update you that preliminary work will soon begin on site at the proposed treatment scheme near Coombe as we look to move forward with plans to clean up the Gwindra Stream and River Fal.
This will begin with clearing up the access track (which runs parallel to the railway), in order to improve access to the site, as well as completing repair works to the site’s perimeter.
We are expecting our work to cause minimal disruption to local residents by way of the preparatory work being carried out directly on the track, which will remain open throughout, and a few construction vehicles coming and going in relation to this.
We recently sent out a postal update and this information can be found HERE
You can’t do that because it’s a buffer, category gold and privately owned. RCM maintains the track and owns the right to this. Clear the obstruction at the top if you want access.
