Countrywide 20mph Speed Limits – Phase 3 – China Clay

The results have now been published for the China Clay CNA, 20mph Rollout – Phase 3 (Infra23-213-CC)

The overall work programme within Phase 3 – China Clay indicates that construction will start in August 2024. New speed restrictions will not come into effect until all the necessary works have been carried out on site.

    This should be cancelled. In Wales most of the remaining restrictions will be cancelled shortly. It is un enforceable and a waste of public money.
