St Stephen in Brannel Parish Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor through a competitive quotation exercise to re-tarmac and re-line the car park associated with the Former Kings Head Public House Car-park, Fore Street, St Stephen, St Austell.
The works include –
- Excavation of the area and removal of any waste.
- Supplying and laying of hardcore to level the car park
- Supplying and laying of tarmac for the car park
- Painting of parking bays and associated works for the car park as per the approved plan.
The Parish Council will expect the site to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for immediate use; and for all relevant Health & Safety legislation and guidance to be followed.
It is expected that the works will take place in May/June 2023.
